A way to enter the corporate life
A student mentor’s dream. Our challenge.
Our client was a mentor and career advisor for students and college graduates. He saw fresh recruits lacking in the subtle expertise it takes to work successfully in a corporate setting. He wanted to change that. How? The client wanted an interesting 3D multiplayer virtual set-up for students. The look and feel had to be as real as possible, where players could interact, work with others and adapt to the challenges.
He shared his vision with us. We aligned our tech expertise with it.
Corporate Life came into being.
The journey begins
Engaging, educational and secure
We created an innovative training program which simulates an office environment. Through its immersive 3D interactive CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certification, players acquire new skills, refine the old and ready themselves for the corporate world. From soft skills to those needed for strategizing, problem-solving and team work, Corporate Life educates them in all.
At the beginning, the player picks one personality type from a list and some other additional details about their work, social and personal life. During the course of the game/session many details are captured and questions from Myers-Briggs Type Indicator questionnaire are also asked. At the end of the full session an MBTI report is presented along with the assesor's review of the candidate. It also performs a Personality Type assessment.

The transformative journey of the players includes a variety of in-game training activities spread over a span of 15 days. For this, we created real-world challenges, which included group projects as well as individual tasks. Players acquire new skills and knowledge, with enough opportunities to put theory into practice. A task-based evolution coupled with detailed feedback!

Life-like experience:
Our 3D artists created an authentic portrait of the corporate world, representing office life and real work situations. No wonder then that despite it being a controlled environment, it doesn’t seem so!
Custom avatars:
From head to toe, the 3D avatars can be customized. The players can try different hairstyles, clothes, shoes, and accessories to create different looks. Characters have been built with the best 3D graphics software and tools, making them nearly true to life.
Project-based approach:
The 3D simulation training program is designed around various tasks, group and individual, which are carried out with the assistance of in-game templates and learning toolkits.
Text and voice feature:
To ensure a cooperative and competitive experience, both voice chat functionality and a text chat system have been added.
Collaborative features:
Easy collaborative features for working seamlessly, such as an in-game email system and document sharing using Google Drive were incorporated. To provide the best multiplayer experience, the training program utilizes Unity’s built-in networking performance, particularly PUN (Photon Unity Networking) Multiplayer component. This is based on client-to-server architecture, the most reliable solution for multiplayer games.
